摘  要:近年来,随着国际石油供需格局重构,传统产油国主动转变销售策略,积极占领以中国为主的新兴市场。中国改革开放及加入世贸组织后,中资石油贸易公司获得了更多的发展机遇,贸易实力日渐增强,但仍然存在着一些短板:在市场研究方面投入不足,风险控制能力与业务快速发展的矛盾日益突出,国有贸易公司普遍激励不足。面对石油贸易市场的严峻挑战,中资石油贸易公司要通过打造优势资源池、提升综合服务能力、加强实体投资、强化风险管控体系、保持团队凝聚力等举措,不断增强自身综合实力,提高在世界石油贸易中的话语权,为我国能源供应保障做出应有的贡献。Following the restructuring of supply and demand layout in the international oil industry in recent years, traditional oil producers have actively changed their marketing strategies and occupied the emerging markets led by China. Since China's reform and opening up and the entry into the WTO, China-invested oil trading companies have gained more development opportunities and therefore improved their trading competence gradually. However, some weaknesses still remain unsolved, including insufficient investment in market research, increasing contradiction between risk control ability and rapid business development, and weak incentives of state-owned trading companies. In the face of the severe challenges of the oil trading market, China-invested oil trading companies should constantly enhance their comprehensive strength by creating superior resource pools, improving comprehensive service capabilities, stepping up tangible investments, reinforcing risk control systems, and maintaining team cohesion and enhancing discourse right in the world oil trade, and making contributions to China's energy supply security.
