摘　　要：马大正先生长期从事中国边疆治理研究和倡导中国边疆学的构筑,与此同时,在中国蒙古史研究领域,又具有重要的学术地位,是当代我国卫拉特蒙古史研究的开创者之一。20世纪70年代参加中国社会科学院民族研究所“准噶尔问题研究小组”,开始从事卫拉特蒙古史研究,曾参与编辑20辑《蒙古族厄鲁特部历史资料译文集》《厄鲁特蒙古历史译丛》,以及数百万字的汉籍史料,为准噶尔研究奠定了史料基础。完成《漂落异域的民族——17至18世纪的土尔扈特蒙古》著作,发表数十篇相关学术论文,主编的《卫拉特蒙古史纲》将卫拉特蒙古部作为一个主体,一个整体,展现在中国历史研究的论坛上。Mr. Ma Dazheng has long been engaged in the study of Chinese border governance and advocated the construction of Chinese frontier studies. At the same time,in the field of Mongolian history research in China,he has an important academic position and is one of the pioneers of the contemporary study of Oirats Mongolian history in China. In the 1970s,he participated in the Junggaria Research Group of the Institute of Ethnology &Anthropology of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,and began to study the history of Oirats Mongols. He also participated in editing 20 editions of the Translated Collections of Historical Materials of the Oirats Mongols,the Translated Series of Oirats Mongolian History,and millions of words of Chinese historical materials,which laid the foundation for the study of Junggaria. He completed the work "Drifting Ethnic Groups-Torghut Mongols in the 17th to 18th Centuries",published dozens of related academic papers. He worked as the editorial-in-chief of book " Outline of the History of Oirats Mongols",which took Oirats Mongols as a main body and displayed it on the forum of Chinese historical research.
