摘 要:传统PLC存在兼容性差、结构体系封闭的问题,而基于工控机的软PLC系统体积较大、功耗过高,均不能满足中小规模工业控制对现代控制系统的需求。针对该问题,文章融合了嵌入式系统与软PLC的优点,以ARM嵌入式系统为核心设计了一套嵌入式控制系统,在该系统上设计和开发了软PLC系统,并在某小型变电站实验平台进行了试用。试用结果表明,嵌入式控制系统能够满足变电站要求的控制精度,具有数据采集准确、处理速度快、实时性高的特点,适合在中小型工业控制中使用。Traditional PLC has the problems of poor compatibility and closed structure system. The soft PLC system based on industrial computer has large volume and high power consumption, which can't meet the demand of modern control system for small and medium scale industrial control. Aiming at this problem, this paper combines the advantages of embedded system and soft PLC. Based on ARM embedded system, an embedded control system is designed, and a soft PLC system is developed on the embedded system. The embedded control system based on soft PLC was trialed on a small substation experimental platform. The trial results show that the embedded control system can meet the requirements of substation control accuracy, has the characteristics of accurate data acquisition, fast processing speed and high real-time performance, and is suitable for use in small and medium-sized industrial control.
