摘　　要：当前社会经济的快速发展,极大地刺激了快递运输业的兴起,物流公司在提高自身运输效率的同时往往疏忽对物流安全的管理,出现实名制安全漏洞以及个人信息的泄露等问题,这些问题的存在给不法分子利用邮政运输业实施炸弹袭击提供可乘之机。通过加强对邮寄行业的监管,强化信息安全的保护以及构建HSNRC国土安全风险特征描述模型对潜在风险进行评估等,能够有效降低此类案件的发生的风险。The rapid development of social economy has greatly stimulated the express delivery industry, logistics companies often improve the efficiency of transportation, and neglect the logistics security management, such as the real-name security loopholes and the leakage of personal information,which give the criminals the opportunity to use the postal transportation implementing the bomb attacks. By strengthening the supervision of the mailing industry to protection of information security,constructing the HSNRC national security risk characterization model for potential risks, effectively reduced the risk.
