摘 要:液压油粘度是影响静压转台油膜承载力和温升的关键因素之一。为了研究不同粘度特性对扇形油垫油膜热特性的影响规律,基于Fluent软件对比分析了在恒粘度、温-粘特性、压-粘特性以及温-粘和压-粘特性下的油腔压强及油膜温升,并搭建热特性检测系统开展了实验验证。结果表明:同时引入温-粘和压-粘特性的油膜热特性的分析结果更加趋近于工程实际;温-粘效应对油膜热特性的影响大于压-粘效应;当液压油温-粘系数值为3 910时,油膜具有相对更高的承载能力和更低的温升。研究结果为静压转台的应用调控、主机厂进行油垫结构设计和液压油选型提供技术指导。Hydraulic oil viscosity is one of the key factor that affects the oil-film bearing capacity and temperature rise. In order to study the impact of different viscosity effects on oil-film thermal properties, oil cavity pressure and oil-film temperature rise are analyzed under the conditions of constant viscosity, temperature viscosity, pressure viscosity, temperature viscosity and pressure viscosity effects by using Fluent software. And thermal properties detecting system is designed to carry out experimental verification. The results shows that oil-film thermal properties analysis with the temperature viscosity and pressure viscosity effects are more close to engineering practice, the impact of temperature viscosity effect on oil-film thermal properties is greater than that of pressure viscosity effect, the oil-film has relatively higher bearing capacity and lower temperature rise when the hydraulic oil temperature viscosity value is 3 910. The research results will provide reference for application regulation of static pressure turntable, technical guidance for structural design and hydraulic oil selection.
