摘  要:以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)以及双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)/己二酸二酰曲(ADH)自交联体系为功能性单体,采用半连续乳液聚合工艺制备木器用多重交联轻基丙烯酸酯乳液。探究了HEMA、DAAM/ADH、AA用量以及玻璃化转变温度(人)对乳液和涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:当径基含量为4%,DAAM、AA分别占单体总量的2%.1.5%,且乳液7;设计为20T时,制备的径基丙烯酸酯乳液配制成的双组分木器清漆,涂膜硬度可达2H、附着力为0级、耐水性优异且耐化学品性好。A multi-crosslinking hydroxyl acrylate latex for wood varnish was developed by a semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process, with butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the main monomers, acrylic acid (AA), hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)/ adipic acid dihydrazide(ADH) self-crosslinking system as functional monomers .The influence of dosage and glass transition temperature ( Tg) of HEMA, DAAM/ADH, AA on latex and film therefrom were investigated. The results showed that when the hydroxyl groups content was 4%, and DAAM and AA accounted for 2% and 1.5%of the total monomer respectively, and the Tg of latex was 20 ℃(Ca.value), the prepared hydroxyl latex was used to formulate a two-component wood finish. The film showed a pencil hardness of 2H, adhesion of grade 0, excellent water resistance and good chemical resistance.
