摘 要:探讨了烟叶中绿原酸的提取.以碎烟叶为原料,利用有机溶剂提取法提取绿原酸,碎烟叶经浸泡、加热、萃取等得到绿原酸成品,通过测定熔点来鉴定产品.考查料液比、提取温度、浸泡时间、浸泡温度等因素对绿原酸收率的影响.研究结果表明,提取绿原酸的最佳条件为:浸泡时间1h,浸泡温度60℃,提取温度80℃,最佳料液比为1∶25.Chlorogenic acid is an important food additive and pharmaceutical raw material, every year, China produces a large number of waste tobacco leaves. Extracting Chlorogenic acid from waste tobacco leaves can turn waste into treasure and reduce environmental pollution. Therefore, the extraction of Chlorogenic acid from tobacco leaves has very important research significance. In this paper, the extraction of Chlorogenic acid, the active ingredient in tobacco leaves, was discussed. Using tobacco leaf as raw material, Chlorogenic acid was extracted by organic solvent extraction method. The Chlorogenic acid product was obtained after soaking, refluxing and purifying the tobacco leaf. The product was identified by melting point determination. The effects of the type of extractant, concentration of extractant, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, soaking time, soaking temperature on the yield of Chlorogenic acid were investigated. And the optimum extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.
