摘　　要：研究了叶酸对吖啶红(AR)-罗丹明B(RB)体系的荧光猝灭作用,通过荧光分光光度仪测定叶酸含量与AR-RB体系的荧光猝灭程度的线性关系,建立了制剂中叶酸含量测定的新方法.A study on the fluorescence quenching effect of folic acid on AR-RB system was reported in the paper. The linear relationship between folic acid content and fluorescence quenching degree of AR-RB system was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometer and a new method for the determination of folic acid content in preparations was established in the paper.
