摘　　要：我国的乙肝流行形势和疾病负担仍然十分严重。十年来,国家科技重大专项“武威市乙肝防治示范区”以降低乙肝新发感染率与病死率为目的,对未感染人群采取了以接种乙肝疫苗和健康教育为主的一系列综合防治措施和策略,对感染人群采用以规范化抗病毒治疗和人工肝等综合干预措施,积极探索有效降低乙肝发病率和病死率的体制和机制,在我国西部乙肝高发区中全面开展乙肝防治,取得了明显成效,乙肝报告发病率由2008年的742.03/10万下降到2018年的73.58/10万,乙肝患者病死率由“十一五”初的8.69%下降到“十二五”末的6.75%,形成了适合我国西部贫困地区乙肝防治的“武威模式”。The prevalence and disease burden of hepatitis B in China was still very serious. In the past ten years, the China Special Grant for the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases “Hepatitis B Prevention and Treatment Demonstration Area in Wuwei City” had taken a series of comprehensive prevention measures and strategies to reduce the incidence of hepatitis B new infection and mortality, such as measures based on the vaccination against hepatitis B and health education for the uninfected population and standardized anti-viral treatment and artificial liver for the infected patients. The system and the mechanism were explored to effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of hepatitis B in the high-incidence area of hepatitis B in western China, and achieved remarkable results, the incidence of hepatitis B reported decreased from 742.03/100 000 in 2008 to 73.58/100 000 in 2018 and the mortality rate of hepatitis B patients decreased from 8.69% at the beginning of the 11th Five-Year Plan to 6.75% at the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, forming a “Wuwei model” suitable for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in poverty-stricken areas in western China.
