摘　　要：目的对海南省性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识、行为、感染状况及影响因素进行调查分析,为开展该人群艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》要求,采用连续采样方法对性病门诊男性就诊者进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果 2013—2015年共监测4 815人,各年度艾滋病知识知晓率分别为67.04%、80.41%和80.49%(线性趋势χ2= 79.582,P<0.05);最近3个月与女性性服务工作者、临时性伴发生过性行为的比例分别为34.11%和30.30%;与同性发生过肛交性行为的比例为1.69%;人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体和梅毒抗体阳性率分别为0.93%和6.58%;多因素logistic回归分析显示,性病门诊男性就诊者HIV感染受户籍地、婚姻状况、与同性发生过肛交性行为和梅毒感染等因素的影响。结论海南省性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓率逐年提高,但HIV抗体和梅毒抗体阳性率均较高;与同性发生过肛交性行为和梅毒感染是HIV感染的危险因素。Objective To investigate the HIV knowledge, behavior, HIV status and influencing factors of male attendants in STD clinics in Hainan Province, and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of AIDS in this population. Methods According to the Manual of National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Protocol, the questionnaire survey and serological tests were conducted among male attendants in STD clinics with continuous sampling monitoring. Results A total of 4 815 people were monitored from 2013 to 2015, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge of each year was 67.04%, 80.41% and 80.49%(linear trend χ2=79.582, P<0.05);In the recent three months, the proportion of having sex with female sex worker (FSW) and temporary partner was 34.11% and 30.30% respectively;the proportion of having homosexual anal sex was 1.69%;positive rates of HIV and syphilis antibodies were 0.93% and 6.58% respectively. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HIV infection of male attendants in STD clinics was affected by factors such as household registration, marital status, homosexual anal sex and syphilis infection. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among male attendants in STD clinics has been increasing year by year in Hainan Province, however, the positive rates of HIV and syphilis antibodies were higher;homosexual anal sex and syphilis infections are risk factors for HIV infection.
