鲁地拉库区发展乡村养老产业可行性探讨

摘　　要：文章首先对鲁地拉库区社会经济发展现状进行了SWOT分析,提出借助避霾旅游和国家政策扶持的契机,将发展乡村养老产业作为鲁地拉库区社会经济发展的功能定位。鲁地拉库区乡村养老产业分为三个阶段逐步实施,第一阶段目标是提高知名度,对涛源集镇建成区进行改造提升,以此发展乡村养老产业,融入滇西北旅游圈;第二阶段目标是将涛源集镇建成区打造成乡村养老示范区,树立乡村养老品牌形象,成为滇西北旅游线路上独特的景点;第三阶段目标是将鲁地拉库区发展为国内乡村养老基地,形成乡村养老品牌和经济发展产业链。This paper firstly carries out a SWOT analysis on the current situation of social and economic development in the Ludilacu district,and proposes to take the development of rural elderly care industry as the functional positioning of social and economic development in the Ludilacu district by virtue of haze avoidance tourism and national policy support.The rural elderly care industry in Ludilacu district is implemented in three stages.In the first stage,the goal is to improve the popularity and transform the built-up area of Taoyuan market town to develop the rural elderly care industry and integrate it into the northwest tourism circle in Yunnan.The second stage aims to make the build-up area of Taoyuan town into a rural elderly care demonstration area,establish the brand image of rural elderly care,and become a unique scenic spot on the northwest tourism line in Yunnan.The third stage aims to develop Ludilacu district into a domestic base for rural elderly care,and form a rural elderly care brand and an industrial chain for economic development.
