摘  要:针对光触发电子测压仪测试性能易受火炮发射环境影响的问题,设计透光性强、密闭性好、抗压强度高的测压仪端盖并用仿真软件对测压仪端盖和整体进行抗压强度仿真;分析光触发电子测压仪端盖结构对测压仪整体电磁屏蔽性能的影响,提出在光窗内表面增加透光性良好的电磁屏蔽薄膜的方法以改善测压仪的电磁屏蔽性能;利用模拟膛压发生器产生与实际火炮类似的发射环境,验证光触发电子测压仪用于火炮膛压测试的合理性和有效性。The test performance of the light-triggered electronic manometer is easy to be affected by the firing environment of the artillery. The end cap of light-triggered electronic manometer with the strong light transmission, good sealing and high compressive strength is designed and the simulation software is used to simulate the end cap and overall compressive strength. And the effect of the new end cap structure on the electromagnetic shielding performance of manometer is analyzed, and the effect of the new end cap structure on the surface of the light window is improved. The electromagnetic shielding film is added inside the light window surface, and this method can improve the overall electromagnetic shielding performance of the manometer. The simulated bore pressure generator is used to produce a similar firing environment for the actual artillery to verify the rationality and effectiveness of light-triggered electronic manometer used in the gun bore pressure test.
