摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低患者静脉采血失败率中的作用。方法成立品管圈,运用PDCA循环方法,确立“降低患者静脉采血失败率”为活动主题,进行现状把握,设定目标,分析原因及制定对策。结果实施品管圈活动进行质量改进以后,切实降低了患者静脉采血失败率,从改善前的9.92%下降至改善后的2.58%,完成了目标设定值2.60%。结论采用品管圈方法对患者静脉采血质量进行改进,有利于降低患者静脉采血失败率。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the failure rate of venous blood collection in patients. Methods We established a quality control circle and carried out an activity themed on "reducing the failure rate of venous blood collection in patients" by PDCA circulation to understand the status quo, set goals, analyze causes, and formulate countermeasures. Results After implementing the quality control circle activity, the failure rate of venous blood collection in patients was effectively reduced from 9.92 % to 2.58 %, reaching the target value of 2.6%. Conclusion The quality control circle activity could improve the quality and reduce the failure rate of venous blood collection.
