手术室常规病理标本信息化管理流程的再造实践

摘　　要：目的探讨信息化管理流程再造对手术室常规病理标本管理质量的提升效果。方法将2018年4月—6月信息化管理流程再造前送检的常规病理标本4295份设为对照组,将2018年7月—9月信息化管理流程再造后送检的常规病理标本4638份设为观察组。调查医务人员对再造后病理标本信息化管理流程的满意度,分析信息化管理流程再造前后手术常规病理标本管理情况。结果再造后的病理标本信息化管理流程得到了医务人员的高度认可。信息化管理流程再造后,手术室常规病理标本管理效果得到明显提升,固定用时、固定液填充、标本袋选择、正确标签方面与信息化流程再造前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理流程再造对提升病理标本管理质量及手术安全管理质量水平具有重要意义。Objective To explore the application effect of optimized information process in the management of routine pathological specimens in the operating room.Methods Totally 4295 routine pathological specimens were collected as the control group before optimization of information process,and 4638 routine pathological specimens were collected as the observation group after optimization of information process.The loss of specimens,the correct labeling rate of specimens,the length of fixing links,the amount of effective fixing fluid and the selection of specimen bags were recorded,and the satisfactory degree of medical staff to routine pathological specimen management in operating room was investigated by questionnaire.Results The optimized information process was well received nursing staffs in operating room.There were significant differences in the loss of pathological specimens,the correct rate of labeling,the length of fixation,the volume of liquid and the selection of specimen bags between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized information process is effective to improve the quality of pathological specimens management and enhance the surgical safety in the operating room.
