摘  要:为了开发出满足用户需求的梳理铲,通过分析梳理铲的作业特点及刀片受力情况,研究梳理铲的分类及应用范围,明确了梳理铲各部分的材料要求。基于设计经验及试验验证,对梳理铲刀的主要参数及工况进行了研究。以一款大马力推土机为例,对梳理铲各参数进行了细致分析,最终得到了此款铲刀的参数并建立了三维模型。最后,将铲刀试制装机并进行了试验,研究结果表明,新研发的梳理铲刀,作业效果良好,满足用户需求,同时完善了推土机铲刀型谱。In order to develop a carding shovel that meet the needs of users, the classification and application scope of the carding shovel were studied by analyzing its operation characteristics and blade stress, and the material requirements of each part of the carding shovel were defined. Based on design experience and test verification, the main parameters and working conditions of carding shovel were studied. Taking a high-powered bulldozer as an example, the parameters of the carding shovel were analyzed in detail, and the parameters of the shovel were finally obtained and a three-dimensional model was established. Finally, the shovel was in trial production, installed and tested. The results show that the newly developed carding shovel has good operation effect and meets the needs of users, and improves the shovel profile of bulldozers.
