摘  要:我国的医学人文学科已走过了半个世纪发展历程,但是目前在学科设置、学科评价、学术资源上还受到很大限制,发展还面临很多困难,最突出的是医学人文的学科建设、人才培养、研究基金等涉及学科与学术发展的根本性、机制性问题尚未厘清,尤其是在高校“双一流”建设的学科评价中,并没有医学人文学科的位置,由此导致我国医学人文学科处于一个尴尬的境地。应该将医学人文学科的建设与发展提升到创新学科模式,培养跨学科人才的高度加以重视,为培养社会需要的复合型医疗卫生人才奠定坚实的基础。The medical humanities in China has gone through a journey of half a century. However, the medical humanities have been limited in the classification, evaluation and resources of discipline. The development of the medical humanities is also facing many difficulties. The most prominent problem is that the fundamentality and mechanism of medical humanities related to the development of disciplines and academics have not been clarified, such as discipline construction, personnel training, research funds. Especially in the subject evaluation of “Double First-Class” construction in colleges and universities, there is no position of medical humanities, which leads to an embarrassing situation of medical humanities in China. The construction and development of medical humanities should be promoted to the level of innovating discipline mode and cultivating interdisciplinary talents, so that it could be gotten enough attention. The medical humanities should lay a solid foundation for training compound healthcare talents needed by the society.
