摘  要:目的探讨JCI医院评审标准在某院检验科质量管理中的应用效果。方法依据JCI医院评审标准,针对某院检验科出现的质量问题,将JCI理论转化为可实际应用的职责、规章制度、流程等,重视过程管理,坚持人本主义,强化人文思想,在规范医疗护理实践的过程中,提高医疗护理质量。结果依据JCI医院评审标准,重视质量安全和过程管理,为患者提供人性化服务,建立医患信任,能够降低血标本不合格率和提高患者的满意度。结论依据JCI医院评审标准,建立合作型领导层,强调过程管理,完善管理制度,坚持标准化的培训和学习,能够提高门诊检验科的医疗质量水平。Objective: To explore the application effect of JCI hospital evaluation standard and ethical theory in the quality management of the laboratory department in a hospital. Methods: According to the JCI hospital evaluation standard, in view of the quality problems in the laboratory department of a hospital, the JCI theory was transformed into practical responsibilities, rules, procedures, etc. It attached importance to process management, adhered to humanism, strengthened humanistic thinking, and improved the quality of medical care in the process of standardizing medical and nursing practice. Results: According to JCI hospital evaluation standard, attaching importance to quality safety and process management, providing humanized service for patients, and establishing doctor-patient trust can reduce the rate of blood sample disqualification and improve patient satisfaction. Conclusions: According to JCI hospital evaluation standard, establishing cooperative leadership, emphasizing process management, improving management system and insisting on standardized training and learning can improve the medical quality of outpatient laboratory.
