摘  要:为了满足舰船中压直流综合电力推进系统对中压大容量推进变频器的需求,本文提出了一种适用于多相开绕组电机的对称混合五电平拓扑,每一相电路均由一个高频DC/DC单元和一个高压H桥单元组成。介绍了其工作原理和调制方法,针对其母线中点电压平衡问题,提出了一种微调PWM脉冲占空比的中点电压平衡控制方法。仿真结果表明该拓扑及其控制方法正确、有效。In order to meet the demand of vessel medium-voltage DC integrated power system for medium-voltage high-power propulsion inverters, a symmetrical hybrid five-level topology suitable for multi-phase open-winding motors is proposed. Each phase of this topology is composed of a high-frequency DC/DC unit and a high-voltage H-bridge unit. The operating principle and modulation method of the topology is introduced. A DC-link neutral-point potential balancing method is also proposed to balance the two DC-link capacitor voltages by adjusting the duty cycles of PWM signals slightly. Simulation results are presented to confirm the validity of the topology and method.
