摘  要:本文研究了多元酸酐的种类及用量、环氧树脂的分子量、反应温度和时间、固化剂用量以及固化条件对水性环氧树脂及其绝缘浸渍漆性能的影响。结果表明:同时采用偏苯三甲酸酐和桐油酸酐为改性剂时,可制备得到乳化性能、贮存稳定性和柔韧性均较好的水性环氧树脂及其乳液;合成水性环氧树脂时,环氧树脂E-12:偏苯三甲酸酐:桐油酸酐=100:8:30时较合适,反应温度和时间应分别控制为145℃、4h;配制水性环氧绝缘浸渍漆时,水性环氧树脂乳液(20%)与氨基树脂Cymel325溶液的质量比选为100:4.2为宜;固化温度和时间选为150℃、1h较为合适。优化后的水性环氧绝缘浸渍漆综合性能优异,满足中小型低压电机部件对电气绝缘性能的指标要求。The effects of types and amount of polyanhydrides, molecular weight of epoxy resin, reaction temperature and time, dosage of curing agent and curing condition on the performance of waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne epoxy insulating varnish are studied and analyzed. The result shows that the aqueous epoxy resin and its emulsion with good emulsification performance, storage stability and flexibity can be prepared by using metabenzence tricar boxylic anhydride and tungoleic anhydride as modifier. In order to synthesis waterborne epoxy resin, the weight ratio of epoxy resin (E-12), trimellitic anhydride, tung oil anhydride is set to 100:8:30, and the reaction temperature and time are set at 145℃ and 4h. In order to obtain waterborne epoxy insulating varnish, the weight ratio between waterborne epoxy emulsion and amino resin (Cymel 325) is set to 100:4.2, meanwhile, the curing temperature and time of insulating varnish are respectively selected at 150℃ and 1 h. Based on the aboved conditions, the optimal waterborne epoxy insulating varnish shows excellent comprehensive performance, which meets the requirement of the electrical insulation of the small and medium-sized low-voltage motors.
