摘 要:本文在传统全桥变换器的变压器原边额外增加了一个箝位绕组和四只箝位二极管,由此提出加箝位绕组的软开关全桥变换器。分析所提出软开关全桥变换器的工作原理,并指出箝位绕组实现电压箝位的机理。研制了一台额定功率为2kW的原理样机,对所提出的软开关全桥变换器进行了实验,并与仅加箝位二极管的软开关全桥变换器进行了对比,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。A ZVS Full-bridge (FB) converter with clamping winding is proposed in this paper, where a clamping winding and four clamping diodes is incorporated in the basic ZVS FB converter. The working principle of the soft-switch full-bridge converter and the mechanism of voltage clamping of the clamping windings are presented, the mechanism of realizing voltage and bit. A 2-kW prototype has been built in the laboratory. The experimental results from the ZVS FB converter with clamping diodes and the ZVS FB converters with clamping winding have been presented and compared, which validates the theoretical expectations.
