摘 要:选用高纯氮气,对环己酮肟膜气化方法进行小试实验和工业侧线试验。小试实验结果表明,采用降低分压的方法可以实现物料低于沸点的气化过程;工业侧线试验表明,采用膜蒸发环己酮肟的方法,气化单位质量环己酮肟所需气量随温度的升高和气化压力的降低而减少。环己酮肟膜气化过程是一个受热力学平衡影响的过程,在实施过程中,需根据反应条件选用合理的气化条件。采用膜气化的方法,环己酮肟实现了低于沸点的气化过程,获得了良好的气化效果。Experimental test and pilot test on the gasification of cyclohexanone oxime with film evaporation were carried out using high purity nitrogen. The gasification process of the material below the boiling point can be realized by decreasing the partial pressure. The pilot test results showed that the gas volume required for gasification cyclohexanone oxime per unit volume was reduced with the increase of temperature and decrease of pressure in the process of film evaporation of cyclohexanone oxime. The film evaporation process of cyclohexanone oxime was affected by thermodynamic equilibrium. In the process of implementation,reasonable gasification conditions should be selected according to reaction conditions. By means of film evaporation,gasification of cyclohexanone oxime below boiling point was realized,and a desired gasification effect was obtained.
