摘  要:为掌握红心杉(Cunninghamia lanceolata)种子园不同无性系的种子品质性状和遗传差异,提升种子园管理要求和技术,从出籽率、千粒重、优良度、涩粒率、空粒率、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和苗木生长量等方面对不同无性系进行调查研究。结果表明,红心杉各无性系出籽率和种子品质遗传差异极显著(P<0.01)。出籽率为3.0%~9.0%,60%以上的无性系出籽率大于5.0%;优良度为33.3%~83.3%,69%以上的无性系优良度大于50.0%;发芽率13.0%~78.0%之间,无性系平均发芽率为46.8%。总体来看,出籽率及种子发芽情况良好。无性系平均空粒率为6.7%,而平均涩粒率达37%,且有75%以上的无性系涩粒率大于30%,种子品质受涩粒率的影响较大。根据无性系间的遗传差异针对性地进行人工辅助授粉,降低涩粒和空粒含量,有利于提高红心杉种子园种子的整体品质水平。In order to understand seed quality characteristics and genetic diversity of different clones in red-heart Chinese fir seed orchard,and improve management requirement and technique,seed-producing percentage, thousand-grain weight, excellent degree, percentage of woody seed, percentage of empty seed,germination rate,germination energy,germination index and seedling growth of different clones were researched. Results showed that there were extremely significant genetic differences in seed quality and seed-producing percentage of red-heart Chinese fir clones (P <0.01). The seed-producing percentage was 3.0% to 9.0% and there were over 60% clones more than 5.0%;the excellent degree was 33.3% to 83.3% and there were over 69% clones more than 50.0%;the germination percentage was 13.0% to 78.0% and the average germination percentage of all clones was 46.8%;according to the results above,red-heart Chinese fir seed orchard had good seed-producing percentage and germination status. The average percentage of empty seed of all clones was 6.7%,but the average percentage of woody seed of all clones was 37%,and the percentage of woody seed over 75% clones were more than 30.0%,so the seed quality was significantly affected by the percentage of woody seed. It was beneficial to increase the seed quality of all the seed orchards and decrease percentages of woody seed and empty seed by purposive artificial pollination according to genetic diversity among clones.
