摘 要:通过探讨承载力内涵特征构造了双指针模型,然后以铁岭市为研究对象利用超载度与宽松度计算分析其承载力现状。结果表明:铁岭市水资源处于1.05-1.18的超载状态,若继续采取常规发展模式则未来水平年的水资源超载程度将加剧;根据分析结果,为提高该区域承载能力提出了有效的方法。A double-pointer model is constructed through discussion on the connotative characteristics of bearing capacity, taking Tieling City as the research object, and the bearing capacity status of Tieling City is analyzed by calculating overload and looseness. The results show that the water resources of Tieling City are in the overload state of 1.05-1.18, and the overload degree of water resources will be aggravated if the conventional development mode is continued. According to the analysis results, effective methods are put forward to improve the carrying capacity of the region in this paper.
