摘 要:提出一种基于Origin的Gaussian多峰拟合法对紫外分光光度计测定5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)和糠醛(FFA)混合物吸收叠合峰进行分峰拟合,定量计算它们含量方法。5-HMF和FFA最大吸收峰分别为282 nm和275 nm,在波长240~320 nm有叠合峰,利用Origin的高斯多峰拟合方法可以有效地将两者的峰分开。实验结果表明:在5-HMF和FFA质量浓度范围分别为0.896~11.175μg·mL^-1和0.806~10.075μg·mL^-1内,用高斯多峰拟合方法得出的质量浓度与吸光度之间有良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 5。该方法测定前无须加入显色剂,并且快速,操作简单,5-HMF和FFA的回收率均在95%~105%之间,以及相对标准偏差分别为0.16%和0.06%,可以用于5-HMF和FFA混合物定量检测。A method for quantitative determination of content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF) and furfural(FFA) in their mixtures with Gaussian multi-peaks-fitting of Origin using UV spectrophotometer was proposed.The maximum ultraviolet absorption peaks of 5-HMF and FFA are 282 nm and 275 nm,respectively.It was found that the mixtures of them had overlapped peak from 240 nm to 320 nm.The content of 5-HMF and FFA was calculated according to the result of multi-peaks-fitting.The results of experiments showed that in the mass concentration range of 0.896-11.175 μg·mL^-1 and 0.806-10.075 μg·mL^-1,respectively,the concentrations of 5-HMF and FFA were linearly correlated with absorbance by multi-peaks-fitting method.The correlation coefficients were 0.999 3 and 0.999 5,respectively.The method did not need to add color-developing agent before the determination,and the method was fast and easy to operate.The recovery rates of 5-HMF and FFA were between 95% and 105%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.16% and 0.06%,respectively.
