摘 要:针对某电动汽车侧面碰撞过程中结构失稳造成侵入量过大从而影响乘员伤害指标的问题,利用有限元仿真技术剖析了其侧碰安全性不足的原因,指出了提升侧碰安全性能的方向并提出了改进方案,经检验证明了改进方案的可行性,然后在侧面结构侵入量与侵入速度明显减小的改进方案基础上,通过结合精细化的动力电池包有限元模型,从多角度多层面探究了动力电池的碰撞响应,综合评价了该电动汽车的整体侧碰安全性。Aiming at the problem of excessive intrusion caused by structural instability in side impact process of an electric vehicle,which affects occupant injury index,the reason of insufficient side impact safety was analyzed using finite element simulation technology,the direction of improving side impact safety performance was pointed out and the improvement scheme was put forward,and the feasibility of the improvement scheme was proved by test.And then on the basis of the improved scheme which the intrusion quantity and the speed of side structure were obviously reduced,the impact response of the power battery was explored from many angles and layers by combining the refined finite element model of the power battery pack,and the overall side impact safety of the electric vehicle was evaluated comprehensively.
