县域全域旅游发展总体规划探析——以广西马山县为例

摘　　要：马山县全域旅游发展总体规划是指导马山县国家全域旅游示范区创建及全域旅游开发、建设和管理的纲领性文件。该规划以全域旅游创建工作为抓手,按照国家全域旅游示范区创建总体要求,全力推进马山县旅游由景点旅游向全域旅游转变,并通过整合特色资源,优化发展布局,提升产业素质,实施扶贫攻坚,推动马山县旅游产业供给侧改革,推进马山县景区、度假区与周边城镇一体化建设,谋划马山县旅游发展的新格局。Mashan comprehensive tourism development master plan is a general guidance of national model comprehensive tourism place creation, development, construction, and management. With comprehensive tourism creation as a major task, the plan follows national general requirement, pushes Mashan county tourism from individual site to comprehensive transition. By integrating resources, improving layout and industries, and implementing poverty relief, the plan pushes tourism industry supply side reform, and integrates tourism area and surrounding towns construction, and creates a new layout of Mashan tourism development.
