耕地分等评价中土地利用系数更新方法研究——以河北省为例

摘　　要：土地利用系数是耕地分等评价体系中的重要参数,第三次全国国土调查中耕地分等调查评价要求对土地利用系数进行更新。为了探索省级尺度土地利用系数更新技术方法,以期为全国开展耕地分等调查评价工作提供技术参考,本研究以河北省年度更新评价成果和分县调查数据为基础,采用综合法更新测算全省土地利用系数,划定土地利用系数等值区,应用更新测算的土地利用系数重新评价全省耕地质量等别,分析土地利用系数更新前后的等别变化。研究结果表明,更新后的土地利用系数空间分布更合理,等别评价结果总体符合区域耕地质量本底特性,但评价结果与耕地等别内涵标准还存在一定差距,耕地分等体系的完善有待进一步完善改进。The land use coefficient is an important parameter in the evaluation system of cultivated land classification.The survey and evaluation of cultivated land classification requires updating the land use coefficient in the third national land survey.In order to explore the technical methods for updating the land use coefficient at the provincial level,it is providing technical reference for the national survey and evaluation of cultivated land classification.Based on the annual update and evaluation results of Hebei Province and the survey data of the counties,the comprehensive method is used to update the land use coefficient of Heibei province in this study.The land use coefficient equivalent area is demarcated,and the cultivated land quality of the province is re-evaluated by the land use coefficient of the updated calculation,and the change of the land use coefficient before and after the update is analyzed.The results show that the spatial distribution of the updated land use coefficient is more reasonable.The results of the evaluation are generally consistent with the regional characteristics of the cultivated land quality.However,there is still a certain gap between the evaluation results and the connotation standards of cultivated land.Cultivated land classification system needs further study and improvement.
