摘  要:石油钻采设备中,有一些精加工面需要做防腐涂层,但是由于其特殊的表面状态,故不具备环氧富锌底漆的施工条件。该文以试板表面粗糙度、漆膜配套、漆膜厚度、底漆干燥时间为变量,对28块试板进行了漆膜附着力试验。通过分析试验结果,可以看出:正常施工后的环氧云母氧化铁中间漆和聚氨酯面漆的漆膜附着力是能够满足产品附着力要求的。但是在实际生产中,加工面Ra12.5的泥浆泵液缸表面漆膜总是存在脱落的情况。根据实际生产状况,分析了影响液缸表面漆膜附着力的因素。Some finishing surfaces of oil drilling equipment need to be painted with anti-corrosion coatings. Due to its special surface characteristics, it is not easy to meet the requirements of construction conditions of epoxy zinc-rich primer. In this paper, film adhesion performance tests of 28 panels were carried out by taking surface roughness, over-coatability, film thickness and primer drying time as variables. The results showed that film adhesion of epoxy mica iron oxide intermediate paint and polyurethane topcoat after normal construction could meet the requirements. But in actual production process, paint film on the mud pump cylinder surface with machining accuracy Ra12. 5 always fell off. Furthermore, factors affecting the adhesion were analyzed accordingly.
