摘 要:FSM(电指纹监测技术)属于一个基于电导率的非侵入式的检测技术,通常安装在高含硫气田集输管道的进出站管段上或者在极易发生腐蚀的低洼地段和介质流向发生改变的管段上,用于监测管段内部的腐蚀、磨蚀和裂纹。在使用过程中,FSM腐蚀监测系统会出现数据不能上传、平均腐蚀速率波动等设备故障,势必会影响FSM的正常运行。通过研究,找到了相应的处理措施,保证了系统的稳定运行,为高含硫气田的防腐蚀管理和腐蚀控制提供了数据支撑。FSM ( electric fingerprint monitoring technology) is a non-invasive detection technology based on conductivity. It is usually installed at the inlet and outlet of gathering and transportation pipelines in high sulfur gas fields, low-lying areas prone to corrosion, and pipe sections where the flow direction of the medium changes, in order to monitor the conventional and localized corrosion, abrasion and cracks. In the process of using FSM corrosion monitoring system, equipment faults occurred such as failure to upload data and fluctuation of average corrosion rate, which were bound to affect the normal operation. Corresponding treatment measures were brought up to ensure the stable operation of the system, as well as provide data support for the anti-corrosion management and corrosion control of high sulfur gas fields.
