摘  要:针对数字化改造前后陆军合成部队作战能力变化,为探索关键新质能力要素对作战能力的影响,构建了合同战斗关键新质能力的评估指标体系,采用数学建模和仿真试验的方法对数字化合成部队的整体联网能力、态势感知能力和联动打击能力进行定量评估研究,结合想定方案应用LVC(真实、虚拟和构造)仿真的平台级战斗试验分析系统,获取上述关键能力指标数据并进行了比较分析,得出如下结论:陆军合成部队战法设计需立足于当前武器装备数字化水平的3种状态,应突出3种战法设计理念,可为信息化部队合同战斗战法设计和指挥决策提供有效支撑。Aimed at the new operation capability varieties of the army combined forces after the digitalized alteration,to explore the influence of the new key essential capability factors to the operational capability,an assessment index system of the new key essential capabilities in combined combat is established.With the methods of mathematic modeling and simulation experiments,the total networking capability,situation awareness capability and linkage striking capability are quantitatively evaluated.Combined with the scenarios and the platform-level combat experiment analysis system applied with live,virtual and constructive (LVC) simulation,the index data of above new key essential capabilities is acquired,compared and analyzed.Conclusion is: the combat means designing of the army combined forces must be based on three states of the digitalized level of current weapons and equipment,and three kinds of combat means designing ideas are emphasized.It can provide effective support for the combat means designing and decision-making of the combined combats of the informatization forces.
