摘　　要：结合高校就业服务工作实际,提出了基于加权特征值的精准推荐算法,并通过特征值的设定和权重分配、阈值的设定、伪代码等详细介绍了算法思想,形成了基于加权特征值的精准推算法流程图.最终在高校就业精准服务平台中加以实现验证.Based on the actual situation of employment service in universities,this paper proposes an accu.rate recommendation algorithm based on Weighted feature,and the algorithm is introduced through the flow chart and the pseudo code in detail.Finally,the algorithm is implemented and ver.ified in the precise employment service platform of university employment.This algorithm has strong pertinence and important practical significance,and provides an important reference for solving similar problems.
