摘  要:针对Y341-114型压缩式封隔器,采用Yeoh橡胶本构模型,在封隔器坐封和坐封后两种工况下,运用有限元分析方法对封隔器的非线性接触力学行为进行了模拟研究,分析了该封隔器坐封过程中施加的载荷与轴向压缩量的关系以及坐封后的强度、接触应力和摩擦力校核。结果表明:在封隔器坐封过程中,中胶筒首先与套管发生接触,其次是上胶筒,最后是下胶筒;封隔器坐封后胶筒的应力集中于胶筒的肩部,其中下肩部应力集中现象尤为明显;胶筒与套管之间的摩擦力、接触应力均能满足分层注水工艺设计要求,能够有效封隔15MPa的层间压差。Based on Yeoh rubber constitutive model,the non-linear contact mechanical behavior of compression packer Y341-114 in setting process and after setting was simulated using finite element analysis method.The relationship between the load applied during the setting process and the axial compression distance was analyzed,andthe strength,contact stress and friction of the packer after setting were checked.The results show that in the setting process of packer,the middle rubber cylinder first contacts with casing,followed by the upper rubber cylinder and the lower rubber cylinder;After the packer is seated,the stress of the rubber cylinder concentrates on the shoulder of it,especially on the lower shoulder;Friction and contact stress between rubber cylinder and casing can meet the design requirements of layered water injection process,and the packer can effectively seal the interlayer pressure difference of 15 MPa.
