摘　　要：目的探讨多学科团队合作品管圈活动对降低重症医学科患者呼吸机相关肺炎发生率的效果。方法成立多学科团队合作品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,运用质量管理常用工具分析导致呼吸机相关肺炎发生的原因,针对性地实施改进措施,并将改进前、后相关状况进行比较。结果实施品管圈活动后,呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率降低(P<0.01),护士理论培训合格率、规范吸痰合格率、抬高床头依从性、环境清洁率以及人力资源配备合理性均提升(P<0.01)。结论正确运用品管圈可降低重症医学科患者呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率,并能提高圈员的综合能力。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary quality control circle on the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia in patients with ICU.Methods Established a multidisciplinary work circle,through quality management circle activity steps,the quality control common tools was used to analyze the cause of entilator-associated pneumonia.The targeted implementation of improvement measures was implemented and conditions before and after improvement were compared.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle,the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was reduced(P<0.01).And the nurse theory training qualified rate,standardized sputum aspiration rate,elevation of bedside compliance,environmental cleanliness rate and human resource allocation rationality were all improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The correct application of quality tube can reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU patients and improve the comprehensive ability of the circle.
