摘 要:主要阐述了MICROMASTER430变频器在中央空调系统中的应用。该空调系统以变频器为主控单元,采用温度为辅压差为主来设计控制系统,系统中反馈信号是压力差,进行恒压差控制。目标信号是回水温度,使压力差的目标值可以在一定范围内根据回水温度进行适当调整,其运行后节电效果非常明显,具有良好的经济和社会效益。This paper mainly expounds the application of MICROMASTER 430 frequency converter in central air conditioning system. The object of the scheme is an office building in a city with a large hall built in it. The building area is 1100 square meters, and the air conditioning area is 1000 square meters. The frequency of use is not high. If central air conditioning is used for overall control, it will inevitably cause waste of resources. Therefore, independent air conditioning speed regulation system can be designed to avoid waste. The air conditioning system uses frequency converter as the main control unit and temperature as the auxiliary pressure difference as the main control system. The feedback signal in the system is pressure difference, which is controlled by constant pressure difference. The target signal is the return water temperature, so that the target value of pressure difference can be adjusted in a certain range according to the return water temperature. The power saving effect after operation is very obvious, and it has good economic and social benefits.
