摘　　要：为满足国家新型城镇化对垃圾焚烧发电厂的要求,在梳理国内外相关建设、研究现状的基础上,以城乡规划专业研究视角,尝试在选址体系构建、规划要素分析、厂区规划设计等方面做出垃圾焚烧发电厂区的适应性规划思路和方法,为垃圾焚烧发电厂区规划设计提供更有针对性的理论支撑和参考。For the purpose of conforming the requirements of the national new urbanization for waste incineration power plants,on the basis of the combing the relevant construction and research status at home and abroad,we tried to construct the site selection system,analyze the planning elements,and design the plant area based on the perspective of urban and rural planning.The adaptive planning ideas and methods were made,and it is expected to provide more targeted theoretical support and reference for the planning and design of waste incineration power plants.
