摘　　要：面对国家大背景环境政策的要求、省级实际情况的社会需求,某公益性机构作为江苏省主要科技咨询机构之一,如何立足客观实际的同时利用自身优势,进一步提高科技咨询服务能力,正是文章研究的意义所在。根据最常用的战略分析方法——SWOT分析法,文章从内部环境和外部环境两个方面分析了某机构科技咨询业务发展的优劣势,同时对全省7个主要科技咨询机构进行案例分析,进一步了解同行的竞争优势所在,最终为该机构科技咨询业务发展提供一定的对策建议。Facing the policy requirements of the national background environment and the social needs of the actual situation at the provincial level, a public welfare institution, as one of the major scientific and technological consulting institutions in Jiangsu province, can further improve its scientific and technological consulting service capabilities by taking advantage of its own objective reality, which is the significance of this study. According to the SWOT analysis method, the most commonly used strategic analysis method, this study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of an organization’s technology consulting business from the internal environment and the external environment. At the same time, it conducts case analysis of the seven major scientific and technological consulting institutions in the province to further understand the competitive advantages of the peers, and finally provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the technology consulting business of the institution.
