关于加快民营科技企业发展的若干思考——以太仓市为例

摘　　要：民营科技企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,是市场经济中最为活跃的细胞之一,也是经济社会转型发展的重要生力军,因而,对民营科技企业的发展进行研究就兼具了现实和长远意义。文章以苏州太仓市为对象,考虑数据的易得性和稳定性,主要从数量增长、质量发展等角度切入,对该市2013—2015年民营科技企业发展的情况进行了研究,剖析了其中的问题和原因,并就产业布局规划、发展环境优化、创新氛围营造等方面提出了相应的建议,以期能为该市及更大区域范围加快民营科技企业发展提供有益的思考。Private science and technology enterprises are an important part of national economy, also one of the most active cells in the market economy and an important force in the transformation and development of economy and society. Therefore, the research on the development of private science and technology enterprises has both realistic and long-term significance. Considering the availability and stability of data, this paper takes the development of private science and technology enterprises in Taicang from 2013 to 2015 as an object mainly from the perspective of quantity growth and quality development. After analyzing the problems and reasons, suggestions are also put forward such as industrial layout planning, development environment optimization and creation of innovative atmosphere. The purpose is to provide useful thinking for the city and the wider region to accelerate the development of private science and technology enterprises.
