摘 要:随着电力电子的飞速发展,开关技术得到了不断的提高,两级式的电源拓扑结构不断应用到各个领域。传统变换器在低电压、大电流输出的优势不再明显。文章提出了一种“半桥+buck电路”的两级式变换器,该变换器尺寸小、工作效率高,非常适用于低电压、大电流输出的小功率变换。文章介绍了该变换器的工作原理和主要参数设计,并进行了实验验证。验证结果表明,采用半桥+buck电路的两级式变换器,尺寸仅为1/8砖,在功率较大、输入电压范围较宽的情况下能够将最高工作效率提高到94%以上。As the rapid development of power electronics techniques, the switched power supply technique have been advanced. The advantage of the traditional converter in low voltage and high current output is no longer obvious. This paper presents a cascaded half-bridge +buck converter, which has small size and high efficiency, and is very suitable for the low voltage and high current output low power converter. This paper introduces the principles of this converter and the main parameter design, and the experiment result is verified. The verification results show that it’s only one-eighth brick and the best efficiency can be increased to more than 94% under the condition of high power and wide input voltage range with a cascaded half-bridge +buck converter.
