摘　　要：体育设施的合理布局与规划落实是实施“全民健身”战略的重要基础,但体育设施数据传统的收集上报手段难以实现空间信息的采集和跨部门的动态维护,导致体育设施的规划与管理没有高质量的现状数据支撑。文章通过研究地理信息、移动互联等新技术在体育设施专项规划、汇总上报与服务管理方面的应用,提出建设满足体育设施规划、管理与公众服务为一体的共享服务平台,并就主要功能进行了设计。The rational layout and planning implementation of sports facilities is an important basis for the implementation of the strategy of“national fitness”. However, the traditional means of collecting and reporting sports facilities data are difficult to achieve the collection of spatial information and cross- sectoral dynamic maintenance, resulting in the lack of high-quality current data support for the planning and management of sports facilities. By studying the application of new technologies such as geographic information and mobile Internet in the special planning, summary reporting and service management of sports facilities, this paper proposes to build a shared service platform which meets the requirements of sports facilities planning, management and public service, and designs its main functions.
