水解酸化-改良UASB-填料CASS集成组合工艺处理酒精废水研究

摘  要:针对某企业采用UASB-CASS工艺处理酒精废水后出水水质不能稳定达标排放的问题,采用“水解酸化-改良UASB-填料CASS”提标改良处理工艺开展自制中试装置试验研究。结果表明,改良后的中试试验装置对废水处理效果较好,较原UASB-CASS工艺,出水COD浓度由100.30~131.41mg/L降至50.04~80.11mg/L,NH4+-N浓度由1.95~3.82mg/L降至0.31~0.62mg/L,TP浓度由6.42~13.43mg/L降至4.43~7.04mg/L,出水水质可稳定达到《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB27631-2011)要求。As UASB-CASS process to deal with alcohol wastewater in a corporate could not always have its effluent compliant stably, a pilot plant has been made available for research purpose by using a CASS process with hydrolytic acidification-modified UASB-packing to treat alcohol wastewater. Results showed that the strength of the effluent could drop a lot, i.e., 100.30 ~ 131.41 mg/L of COD fell down to 50.04 ~ 80.11 mg/L, 1.95 ~ 3.82 mg/L of ammonium nitrogen reduced to 0.31 ~ 0.62 mg/L, and 6.42 ~ 13.43 mg/L of total phosphorus went down to 4.43 ~ 7.04 mg/L. Thus, the effluent could steadily meet the requirements specified in “Discharge standard of water pollutants for fermentation alcohol and distilled spirits industry”(GB 27631-2011).
