摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定复方党参片(党参、丹参、北沙参等)中党参炔苷、丹参素、丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA、补骨脂素、花椒毒素、佛手苷内酯、欧前胡素、藁本内酯的含有量。方法该药物75%甲醇提取液的分析采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长269、280、310、323 nm;体积流量0.9 mL/min;柱温30℃。结果 9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率96.97%~100.23%,RSD 0.78%~1.59%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于复方党参片的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of lobetyolin, danshensu, salvianolic acid B, tanshinoneⅡA, psoralen, 8-methoxypsoralen, bergapten, imperatorin and ligustilide in Compound Dangshen Tablets(Codonopis Radix, Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Glehniae Radix, etc.).METHODS The analysis of 75% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Hypersil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid flowing at 0.9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 269, 280, 310, 323 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 1), whose average recoveries were 96.97%-100.23% with the RSDs of 0.78%-1.59%.CONCLUSION This simple, accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Compound Dangshen Tablets.
