摘  要:目的测定6省13个产地颠茄草Atropa belladonna L.中莨菪碱、总生物碱,并分析其相关性。方法紫外可见分光光度法法测定全草总生物碱含有量,反相高效液相色谱法测定莨菪碱含有量,考察其与产地经纬度、海拔的相关性,SPSS17.0软件进行方差分析与聚类分析。结果总生物碱在0.02~0.20 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率101.85%,RSD 1.09%;莨菪碱在50~500μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率99.98%,RSD 1.64%,与株高、主茎粗、分蘖数、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、鲜重呈正相关关系,与叶长宽比、纬度、海拔呈负相关关系;13批样品分为4个类群。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于颠茄草的质量控制。AIM To determine the contents of two constituents in Atropa belladonna L. from thirteen growing areas in six provinces and to analyze their correlation.METHODS Total alkaloids and hyoscyamine contents were determined using UV-Vis and RP-HPLC, respectively. Longitude, latitude, altitude, growing areas and their correlations were studied. Analysis of variance and cluster analysis were conducted by SPSS17.0.RESULTS Total alkaloids showed good linear relationships within 0.02~0.20 mg/mL(R^2=0.999 6), whose average recovery was 101.85% with the RSD of 1.09%.Hyoscyamine showed good linear relationships within 50~500 μg/mL(R^2=0.999 7), whose average recovery was 99.98% with the RSD of 1.64%. There were positive correlations with plant height, main stem diameter, tiller number, leaves length, leaves width, petiole length, and plant fresh weight while negative correlations with ratio of leaves length and width, latitude and altitude. Thirteen samples were divided into four types.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of A. belladonna.
