摘 要:利用两个特殊位置的磁链模型,建立了较为精确的开关磁阻电机(SRM)非线性解析模型。与需要大量磁链数据的传统建模方法相比,容易实现且计算效率高。在此基础上提出了开关磁阻电机位置检测方法,并开发完成了一台15kW三相12/8极无位置传感器SRD样机。实验结果表明,该系统具有较好的动态特性和较高精度,系统最大位置检测误差≤2°。An analytical model of the switched reluctance motor (SRM) magnetic chain was proposed, which use two special position flux linkage models can establish comparatively accurate SRM magnetic chain model. Compared with traditional modeling methods depending on the data of magnetic chain, this method is easy to realize and high efficiency. Using this method, a switched reluctance motor position detection model was established, and a 15kW three-phase 12/8 pole sensor less SRD was set up. Experimental results show that the sensor less SRD has ideal dynamic character and high accuracy, and the system’s maximum position error less than 2°.
