摘 要:江西某医药企业生产口服液、糖浆剂和煎膏剂等中成药,采用“IC+BCO+BAF”联合工艺处理中成药生产废水,处理水量为600 t/d。运行结果表明,当进水COD为3 000~15 000 mg/L,出水为55 mg/L,去除率达到99.48%;进水SS为500~1 200 mg/L,出水为30 mg/L,去除率达到96.84%,出水水质稳定,达到《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906—2008)要求,工艺处理成本为3.57元/m^3。A pharmaceutical enterprise produces oral liquid,syrup and decoction for Chinese patent medicines. The combination process of internal circulation anaerobic reactor-biological contact oxidation-biological aerated filters was introduced in treatment of the Chinese patent medicine production wastewater in some pharmaceutical enterprise in Jiangxi Province,the treated water volume was 600 t/d. The operation results showed that the COD of influent wasterwater was 3 000-15 000 mg/L,the effluent COD was 55 mg/L and the removal rate was 99.48%,and the SS of influent wastewater was 500-1 200 mg/L,the effluent SS was 30 mg/L and the removal rate was 96.84%. The quality of the final effluent was stable and met the requirements of the standard of the Discharge of Water Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine(GB 21906-2008),the process cost was 3.57 yuan/m^3.
