浅析预制墙片生产用湿拌砌筑砂浆的性能要求

摘　　要：基于预制墙片自动化生产工艺的分析,并结合相关规范对砌筑砂浆性能的要求,提出了预制墙片生产用湿拌砌筑砂浆的稠度、0.5h稠度损失率、保水率、初凝时间、导热系数、抗压强度等性能的技术指标要求,总结分析了相应的配制技术要点。Based on the analysis of the automatic production process of prefabricated wall pieces and the requirements of relevant specifications for the performance of masonry mortar,the performance requirements for the wet-mixed masonry mortar are put forward suchasconsistency, 0.5 h consistency loss rate, water retention rate, initial setting time, coefficient of thermal conductivity, compressive strength and so on. The corresponding technical points ofconfiguration of the wet mix masonry mortar were analyzed and summarized in this paper.
