摘 要:低粘度超高强混凝土技术是混凝土技术发展的未来趋势,文中采用I级粉煤灰、S95矿渣粉和硅灰等活性矿物掺合料和粉煤灰玻化微珠进行了C100泵送超高强混凝土配合比设计与制备,通过测试混凝土的工作性和抗压强度来研究水胶比、砂率以及胶凝材料用量对混凝土工作性和强度的影响,得出配制低粘度超高强C100泵送混凝土适宜的配合比参数。The low viscosity ultra-high strength concrete technology is the futuretrend of concrete technology development. In this paper, grade I fly ash, S95 slag powder, silica fume active mineral admixtures and the fly ash vitrified were used todesign and prepare the C100 pumped ultra high strength concrete mix ratio,the effects of mineral admixtures, water-binder ratio, sand ratio and the amount of cementing material on the workability and strength of C100 concrete were studied, by testing the concrete workability and compressive strength. Furthermore, the suitable mix ratio parameters of low viscosity ultra-high strength C100 pumping concrete were obtained.
