摘 要:目的:探究体质量指数、金属离子与骨质疏松症患者骨代谢指标的相关性。方法:选取我院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的80例骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,根据体重指数分为正常组(27例)、超重组(27例)和肥胖组(26例),检测金属蛋白和骨代谢指标水平,单因素分析BMI与金属蛋白与骨代谢指标关系,Cox回归分析BMI与金属离子与骨代谢指标的关系。结果:金属蛋白水平比较,BMI正常组、超重组和肥胖组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ型胶原交联C末端肽、骨钙素、骨碱性磷酸酶、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b水平比较,不同BMI组别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);体重指数、金属离子与骨质疏松症患者骨代谢指标关系密切(P<0.05)。结论:BMI下降、金属蛋白比重下降可能导致骨代谢异常,临床应加强相关防治工作。Objective:To explore the correlation between body mass index, metal ions and bone metabolism indexes in patients with osteoporosis.Methods: 80 cases of patients with osteoporosis from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research object, and according to body mass index (BMI) were divided into normal group (27 cases), overweight (27 cases) and obesity group (26 cases), to detect metal protein and bone metabolism index level. Single factor analysis was adopted to analyze the correlation between BMI, metal protein and bone metabolic index;Cox regression was used to analyze BMI's relationship with metal ions, and bone metabolic indices.Results: Compared with metalloprotein levels, there were statistically significant differences between the normal BMI group, the overweight group and the obese group ( P <0.05). In the terms of Ⅰ type collagen crosslinking end C peptide, osteocalcin, bone alkaline phosphatase, serum tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5 b level, there was statistically significant difference in different BMI groups ( P <0.05);Body mass index and metal ions were closely related to bone metabolism indexes in patients with osteoporosis ( P < 0.05).Conclusion: The decrease of BMI and metalloproteins may lead to abnormal bone metabolism.
