摘　　要：目的:探讨组织蛋白酶D(cathepsin D,CAT-D)、α1-抗胰蛋白酶(alpha-1antitrypsin,AAT)在髋或膝关节炎患者中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用回顾性方法,选取117例髋或膝关节炎患者的临床资料,将其作为观察组;选取参加体检的117例健康者作为对照组;比较两组CAT-D、AAT水平。结果:观察组患者CAT-D、AAT水平低于对照组(P <0.05);术后第10 d,观察组患者CAT-D水平低于术前,而AAT水平高于术前( P <0.05)。结论:CAT-D、AAT可作为髋或膝关节炎疾病发展、预后的重要血清学指标。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cathepsin D (CAT-D) and α-1 antitrypsin (AAT) in patients with hip or knee arthritis.Methods: The clinical data of 117 patients with hip or knee arthritis were retrospectively analyzed as the study group. At the same time, 117 healthy persons for physical examination were selected as control group. The levels of CAT-D and AAT were compared between the two groups.Results: The levels of CAT-D and AAT in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). On the 10th day after operation, the level of CAT-D in the study group was lower than that before operation, while the level of AAT was higher than that before operation ( P <0.05).Conclusion: CAT-D and AAT can be used as important serological indicators for the development and prognosis of hip or knee arthritis diseases.
