五加皮膏促进大鼠骨折早期愈合的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察五加皮膏对大鼠骨折模型早期骨愈合的影响,并探讨其机理。方法:选用SD大鼠48只,制作左股骨中段骨折模型,造模后随机分为对照组和观察组,每组24只大鼠,观察组大鼠造模后即于骨折处外敷五加皮膏24h,对照组大鼠造模后外敷凡士林膏24h。两组大鼠于第2周、第4周、第6周进行DR检测,HE染色观察和检测血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量。结果:观察组大鼠第2周起DR检测可见少量骨痂生长,边缘模糊,骨折断端见透亮骨折线,而同期对照组大鼠未见骨痂生长;同期组织切片显示骨折处的微观形态观察组大鼠亦优于对照组;实验第4周起血清ALP、Ca、P含量升高。结论:五加皮膏对大鼠骨折模型早期的骨愈合具有一定的促进作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Wujiapi Ointment on early bone healing in rat fracture model and to explore its mechanism.Methods:48 SD rats were selected to make the left femoral shaft fracture model.Then they were divided intocontrol group and experience group, including 24 SD rats each group.The rats in the treatment group were treated with Wujiapi Ointment for 24 hours at the fracture site and the rats in the control group were treated with Vaseline Ointment for 24 hours.X-ray photography and HE staining histomorphology and serum alkaline eposphatase(ALP),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)content the detection were performed in the 2nd, 4th and 6th week of the experiment.Result: From the 2nd week of the experiment, the imaging manifestations of the treatment group were a small amount of callus growth, blurred edge, clear fracture line at the fracture end, and no callus growth in the control group at the same time. At the same time, histological sections showed that the micro-morphology of fracture site in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The serum ALP,Ca,and the conetent of P were increased from the fourth week of the experiment.Conclusion: Wujiapi Ointment can promote rat model of early bone fracture healing.
