摘  要:目的:分析阿西美辛缓释胶囊的药物代谢动力学。方法:选择14名健康体检者,单剂量口服阿西美辛缓释胶囊,采用HPLC法测定阿西美辛缓释胶囊药物代谢产物吲哚美辛的血药浓度,分析阿西美辛缓释胶囊的药物代谢动力学。结果:阿西美辛缓释胶囊的血药浓度相对较低,且维持时间较短,而吲哚美辛的血药浓度相对较高,维持时间较长。结论:吲哚美辛血药浓度维持时间较长,有利于减少血药浓度峰谷浓度,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the pharmacokinetics of acemetacin sustained-release capsules.Methods: 14 healthy subjects were selected and oral acemetacin sustained-release capsules were administered. The blood concentration of indomethacin, a drug metabolite of acemetacin sustained-release capsule, was determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetics of acemetacin sustained-release capsules was analyzed.Results: The blood concentration of acemetacin sustained-release capsules is relatively low and the maintenance time is short, while the blood concentration of indomethacin is relatively high and the maintenance time is longer.Conclusion: The blood concentration of indomethacin is maintained for a long time, which is beneficial to reduce the peak concentration of blood concentration and improve the clinical treatment effect.
